WHAT DOES A FLOOR PLAN INVOLVE?

To compile a floor plan we must attend the property to collect data and measurements. The visit will take no longer than 30 minutes and the floor planner will need to have access to all rooms.
The floor planner will be required to take measurements of each individual room along with data of any fittings and fixtures such as; kitchen units, bathroom suites. If there are any additional features which you would like to be added to the floor plan, please inform the floor planner whilst they are on site.
Floor plans are given as standard in Black & White however there are a variety of options available, please let us know in advance if you require a different type of format or colour.
